Cancellation Policy
1. Before Your Session Arrive 20 minutes early for mic check, sound check, and preparation. An external hard drive is required to receive session files (minimum 250MB of free space; SSD recommended). Late arrivals do not extend your session time. All guests should be prepared and ready to start at the scheduled time. 2. Studio Capacity & Conduct The studio accommodates up to 3 individuals for recording. No food or drinks allowed inside the studio (bottled water only). No additional personnel beyond on-camera talent is permitted inside the studio. Do not move set furniture or props. Adjustments are handled by the studio engineer only. Do not remove, unplug, or handle studio equipment at any time. Mobile phones must be placed on silent. Maintain a quiet and controlled environment during recording. 3. Time Management & Overtime Manage your session time carefully. A 50% charge of the room rate will be applied if the booked time is exceeded. Exceeding your session by 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of 50% of your session rate. Time used for setup and breakdown is included in your booking window. 4. Block Time Policy Block time purchased for a specific date must be used on that date only. Block hours cannot be split, transferred, or used on multiple days. Unused block time is non-refundable and does not roll over. 5. Post-Production & File Delivery Editing and post-production services are not included with studio rental. Editing is available as a separate add-on, coordinated directly with the engineer. Session files are stored for 7 business days only. Guests must provide their own external hard drive to receive raw files. SSD Harddrives allow you to retrieve your files quicker. The studio is not responsible for files not retrieved within the 7-day retention period. 6. Technical Difficulties Human error, equipment, software, and computer failures, and technical difficulties (although rare) can happen from time to time. The Podcast Studios may, at its sole discretion, cancel the session and rebook the session at a mutually agreed time if technical difficulties, equipment failure(s), and/or human error factors cannot be quickly fixed. The client accepts responsibility for the payment of any studio time which is cancelled or rescheduled due to the client’s technical difficulties, equipment failure(s), and/or human error.
